Responsibilities
• Work directly with the General Manager (GM) to ensure consistent revenue growth• Set a positive example as a leader and build team engagement and efficiency• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance• Provide clear and detailed direction to the team• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable• Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and CSA's• Perform opening and closing duties• Assist in building and maintaining an engaged workforce• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings• Manage inventory and product orders• Adhere to rules and regulations for a safe work environment• Assist guests with their questions and needs
Requirements
• 1-3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required• Exceptional oral and written communication skills• Proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups• Comprehensive understanding of the retail industry• Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives• Positive attitude and professional conduct• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment• Must be at least 18 years of age• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
