CREDIT Full Time Credit Services Training Coordinator, La Crosse, WI: The Credit Department at Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a new coworker to join our team as the Credit Services Training Coordinator.
In this position you will be responsible for communicating with the Credit Services Manager to identify training needs as well as managing, developing, coordinating and conducting training within the Credit Call Center and working with the Credit Project Coordinator on any initiatives that may affect the team. You will also assist with the daily management of Credit Call Center co-workers, which includes hiring, coaching, and problem solving.
Primary responsibilities include:
Oversee the administration of the Credit Department Call Center to assure Kwik Trip is providing quality customer service to all Credit Department Customers. Hire, train, and advise co-workers regarding customer service, and Credit Department/Kwik Trip policies. Establish department productivity standards and measure customer service activities, work flows, and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. Monitor customer service through phone logs, email communications, and other reporting tools. Review calls with coworkers to improve customer service and use as a training tool. Oversee professional development within the Credit Call Center by managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting Call Center training. Conduct weekly meetings to train and update team members on changes that will be happening in the Call Center or that may affect the Call Center Qualifications: Minimum of an associate's degree. Minimum of three years' experience in Call Center Management, Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role, with at least one year of supervisory experience; OR a combination of less education and 5+ years' experience. Knowledge of call center software and reporting systems; learning management systems such as Success Factors; AS400 systems; consumer privacy laws; and Loyalty Program and Systems. Customer service/Phone skills. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency. Skills in maintaining effective coworker relations through listening, questioning, observing, reviewing, and interpreting. Oral and written communication skills. Skills in time management, public speaking and problem-solving. Strong organization skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data. Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail. Ability to be a team player and work effectively with minimal supervision. Work Schedule: The Credit Department is staffed Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm. Typical schedule for this position will be 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday; with opportunities to work till 7pm and weekends for training purposes.
