Responsibilities
• Actively approach customers to inquire about credit card solutions inside one of America's largest grocers• Start conversations with customers inside the store to provide a stellar customer service experience• Complete customer credit card applications using a tablet• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets• Follow all policies and procedures related to sales, operations, theft, fraud, health, and safety• Work independently with a focus on maximizing sales and creating a stellar in-store experience• Partner with leadership and peers to share best practices and increase the customer experience
Requirements
• Positive and professional attitude toward customers• Own a car and be open to driving at least 20 miles away from home• Independent self-starter mentality• Solid sales or retail experience (an asset, but not required)• Ability to walk up to 10,000 steps a day comfortably• Full-time flexible availability• Must be 18 years of age or older
