Credit Analyst - Job Description & Responsibilities:
As a Credit Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering dealer relationships, processing credit applications, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities encompass evaluating credit, underwriting loans, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit and underwrite loans in adherence to company policies.
- Engage with dealers to address inquiries and provide support.
- Verify loan terms, handle customer service inquiries, and process payments.
- Collaborate with management to enhance underwriting skills and decision authority.
- Cultivate and maintain strong dealer relationships to drive business growth.
- Fulfill additional tasks as delegated by management.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or relevant field OR 2 years of underwriting or lending experience.
- Professional phone etiquette and proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret business documents and regulations.
- Proficiency in report writing and business correspondence.
