As our Content Management Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our digital content shines across multiple platforms. From overseeing our Content Management System (CMS) for video content to managing freelancers and agency partners, you'll be at the heart of our digital content strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages Content Management System (CMS) for video content including strategy, upload and monitoring. This includes in-store TVs, Menu boards, and Pump tvs. Meets regularly with display vendor partners to ensure programming is correct and efficiently managed, eventually resulting in a unified process Digital Content Librarian – Works on an internal project to shift all assets to a digital asset management system (DAM) creating a process for all assets to be named, stored, tagged and organized. Create and monitor an organized internal library of digital collections. Manages the freelancers and any agency partners, including onboarding and training, payment, communication, insight and feedback Meets weekly with the Creative Leadership Team to discuss big picture projects and has the ability to communicate the strategy back to individual players Basic knowledge of social media, AV projects, printing workflows and print processes Communicate with other internal teams to troubleshoot problems and find solutions that utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and promoting project management methodologies Special projects, as assigned Qualifications: Education Bachelor's Degree in marketing, design, or related field, preferred. Qualifications: Experience 2+ yrs. experience in Content Management systems (CMS) Agency or creative production experience a plus Can multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time Creative thinking skills with ability to ask big-picture questions Works well under deadlines Qualifications: Team Member Competencies Must be organized and enjoy making organizational systems Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction Basic knowledge of the creative process and creative software (Adobe Suite) Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
