Responsibilities
• Provide general support for Course Leader Team• Manage CL assignments for Brightspark/ Explorica programs• Assist in assigning CLs for all K-12 programs• Familiarity with itinerary sites and operating procedures• Assist in training CLs new to WorldStrides• Improve internal systems for efficiency
Requirements
• Four-year bachelor's degree preferred• One year experience managing multiple tasks• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills• Attention to detail• Ability to conceive, develop, and implement projects• Proficiency in Word/ MS Suite/ Excel• Strong verbal communications• Ability to visually proof documents• Computer data entry skills• Ability to work in an office environment under deadline pressure
