The Contracts Manager will play a key role in supporting the efficient execution of contracts and billing processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in construction contracts and AIA billing procedures, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management, and contribute to the overall success of our Contracts & Billing Department.

Essential Duties:
Review contract for terms and conditions, identifying key details and requirements.
Create Job Binder and set up job in accounting system.
Manage and organize contract documents and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide all need insurance certificates to correct contact per contract.
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding contract billing schedule.
Track all change orders to contracts to ensure timely approval to AlA requisitions.
Ensure Invoices/AIA requisitions are prepared and maintained in compliance with contractual terms and client requirements.
Manage any unbilled issues weekly to optimize the billing possibilities for the billing period.
Work with PMS, Estimating Supervisor, and owner on project billing close-out.
Prepare internal documents and invoice all repair work orders weekly.
Identify opportunities to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the Contracts & Billing department.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management or any rela field is preferred but not required.
Relevant/practical experience in Contracts and Billing administration. Including AIA
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Google share drive and sheets.
Experience in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
CAD experience is a plus.
