AtkinsRéalis has the depth and breadth of expertise to respond to the most technically challenging and time-critical infrastructure projects and the urgent transition to a low- carbon economy.How will you contribute to the team?Monitor Project BudgetsReview and analyze contractor and sub-contractor invoices. Prepares job costing reports to allocate these expenditures against the appropriate WBS numbersEnter data into the Program Management Information SystemPerform cost-to-complete analysis for all cost elementsAttend project meetings to provide Project Management with current financial information and trend log regarding potential impacts to project budget or forecastDevelop creative reporting tools to communicate complex project sequencing and/or progressReview task orders for contractors and sub-consultants to ensure necessary budget and/or contract capacityAnalyze bid award values against current budget and prepare reconciliationsPrepare data to support documentation required for budget transfersProduce cost related reports showing key performance indicators (KPIs)What will you contribute?5+ yrs field cost engineering experience with minimum 3 yrs in direct support of an active construction projects.Experience managing and reporting the cost components of large-scale, complex projects; including developing and managing a progress reporting methodology for a complicated multi-phased construction effortExperience with Design-Build delivery method is desirable.Experience in forensic claims workUnderstand technical and complicated construction program and the ability to communicate progress to both technical- and management-level personnelThorough familiarity with MS office suite software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Outlook, (proficient in Excel)Experience with PMWeb (PMIS) is a plus.Familiarity with Primavera, (P6) is a plus.What we offer at AtkinsRéalis :AtkinsRéalis realizes that health, mental and financial wellbeing, are all equally needed to achieve balance in life.
