Job Title: Cost Accountant
Location: Heber Springs, AR
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
Requirements: BS in Accounting or Finance / 2+ years of Accounting Experience / 2+ years of Manufacturing/Cost role (Preferred) 
What You Will Be Doing Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections Analyzing production costs, inventory reconciliation and control, preparing journal entries, and controlling costs Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts profitability Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures What You Need for this Position - BS in Accounting or Finance 
- 2+ years of Manufacturing/Cost role (Preferred)
