Position Purpose: Review, investigate and track all incoming Member and Provider Service correspondences in an effort to efficiently deliver and respond to our customers in a timely manner.
Responsible for screening member/provider incoming and outgoing mail daily and log all correspondence received Log all returned mail, correspondence, members premium checks, returned provider checks, and distribute to the appropriate departments Maintain incoming and outgoing fax log for Member/Provider Services Responsible for composing outgoing correspondence to members/providers in regards to following up to incoming correspondence received Maintain knowledge of Member/Provider Services policies and procedures to act as a back up to Member Services Representatives to meet business needs *This position is a hybrid position in our Pembroke Pines, FL Office* Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience with general administrative secretarial practices and operation of office equipment such as a personal computer, requiring some advanced skills knowledge. Microsoft Applications experience preferred. Physician's office experience is a plus.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
