Kimley-Horn is looking for a Corporate Recruiter with experience in functional area recruiting to join us in our Warrenville, IL office! This is an in-office role. 
This role will help lead the efforts of our Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, IT, and Legal hiring across the firm. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn.
The selected candidate will engage with the best external talent and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates. Develop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to work. Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc. Promote our Employee Referral Program internally. Bachelor's Degree Six or more years of relevant recruiting experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to groups Ability to travel, as needed Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry or Professional Services experience a plus At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
