We have offices across the country and our Talent Acquisition department at our Headquarters in St. Louis, MO has an opportunity available for a Corporate Recruiter.
What It's All About... The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, engaging, and interviewing candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. They will utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. They primarily interact with potential candidates personally and/or online, and schedule interviews with the company's hiring teams. The Corporate Recruiter also helps to track candidate data within the company's ATS. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, has superior research skills, and is able to work independently while collaborating with the team.

What You'll Do...
