Corporate Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned and professional project manager who can take on a plethora of projects in Luxury Hotels! Ideal candidates will have experience in Luxury Hotels as a Director of Engineering or Facilities, have overseen renovations and remodels, have participated in the RFP process of project management, are consistent, detail-oriented, and will see projects through to completion! This position is based in the Albuquerque / Santa Fe region and will require statewide travel to oversee projects in many locations. Corporate Project Manager Qualifications: 3+ years as a Director of Engineering / Facilities in a Luxury Hotel 10+ years of engineering experience Experience overseeing contractors Experience with project management Experience with the RFB process Certified Pool Operator (CPO) highly preferred HVAC certification highly preferred Corporate Project Manager Responsibilities: Oversee multiple projects in multiple locations Manage projects and timelines with contractors and stakeholders Communicate regularly with the corporate office, onsite leadership, and contractors regarding progress on projects, estimated timeline for completion, and any complications Ensure project success and completion Work with the Corporate Director of Facilities on planning for new projects Corporate Project Manager Benefits: Excellent base salary up to 100k Bonus opportunity Excellent health benefits 401k with generous match Excellent company to work with!
