Creating a sense of belonging and connection doesn't just happen on our platforms - it's the foundation of every team we hire.In this role of Corporate Litigation Counsel, you will be a part of the Match Group legal team and will have broad responsibility for assisting with and providing litigation support for our brands.This is a hybrid role based in our Dallas office, requiring in-office collaboration three days per week.How you'll make an impact:You will assist with managing litigation and investigations and on the strategy and resolution of cases, plus general risk managementYou will conduct legal research and review and revise litigation related documentsYou will handle litigation and dispute related issues not requiring assistance of outside counselYou will draft various motions, briefs, and other pleadingsYou will assist with discovery, including gathering information and documentation, conducting privilege reviews, creating privilege logs, and assisting in document reviewsYou will provide support and legal guidance on disputes or threatened legal actionYou will draft and manage legal holds, demands for indemnification, and other demand lettersYou will be responsible for monthly accrual and forecasting numbers for litigation related matters.We could be a match if:You have a Juris Doctorate Degree and are a member of state bar (Texas preferred)You have at least 4 years of experience with a top law firm and/or in house legal department experienceYou have strong fact-finding, drafting, negotiating, writing and research skills along with litigation experienceYou have excellent communication skills as well as persuasive writing skillsYou are a strategic thinker and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionYou possess the leadership acumen and credibility to inspire confidence among business clients in a high growth business.$ - $ a yearWhy Match Group?Our mission is simple – to help people find love and happiness!
