Corporate Lawyer

Peak Partners has a client who is a well-established boutique Maryland law firm in search of a senior level transactional associate. The ideal candidate will be someone who can support the partners and work autonomously on technology-related matters with experience in M&A, private equity, and financing.
Job Description:
4+ years of experience practicing corporate law including in a law firm.
Ability to draft both basic and sophisticated transactional and financing documents.
Demonstrated client relationship skills including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate required.
Minimum four (4) years practicing law with a focus on corporate transactional work.
Licensed to practice in the State of Maryland.
