Company Summary : We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Development Analyst to join a tight knit, Private Equity backed team in the DMV area specializing in Healthcare/Vet Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for the origination and execution of M&A transactions.
Corporate Development Analyst Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets Prepare financial models and valuations Prepare and present pitch books Assist with the due diligence process Manage the deal process from origination to execution Corporate Development Analyst Requirements 1 year in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, TAS or Private Equity Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Strong Excel and financial modeling skills If you are interested in this opportunity, don't hesitate to apply!
