As Corporate Counsel, you will have the opportunity to help navigate the complex legal landscape of Tinder North America's marketing, PR, and partnerships. You will play a crucial role in transforming creative concepts into executable strategies that comply with legal standards.We are seeking a motivated and talented lawyer to join Match Group's Tinder Legal team. You'll make an impact in the following ways:Legal Strategy and ExecutionBrand Campaign Advisory:Assess potential risks and provide strategic legal solutions to minimize exposure on creative concepts and published materials, ensuring compliance with advertising laws, consumer protection standards, and intellectual property laws and clearance obligations for marketing and press promotions, events, sponsorships, and partnerships.Contract Drafting and Negotiations:With oversight from Senior Corporate Counsel, draft and negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and vendors to protect the company's interests and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Collaborate with business partners to tailor contracts that support business objectives and provide practical advice throughout the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to final execution and beyond.Collaboration and ComplianceInterdepartmental Legal Support:Work directly with marketing, media buying, and PR teams to tailor provide tailored legal advice that supports business goals. Actively participate in strategy and creative sessions to offer real-time legal guidance.Compliance and Security Oversight:Ensure business practices align with corporate policies, especially in vendor relations, data privacy, and financial operations. Lead initiatives to improve security protocols and compliance measures.
