Overview:

Seeking a successful Corporate Communications Manager to support the company's public relations and media relations program to elevate the company's brand as we seek to create the supply chain operating system for the world.

Scope:
Support the Corporate Communications Senior Director in managing our media relations, public relations, and communications efforts.
Knowledge of business and trade media in the B2B, technology and SaaS space.
Passionate customer storyteller and brand evangelist.
Work closely with the Marketing teams at Blue Yonder including regional marketing leads, creative, video, social, customer marketing, product marketing, digital, and demand generation teams for effective PR alignment, consistency and accuracy of message.
What you'll do:

Write and distribute press releases and other materials, such as blog posts, articles, bylines, social posts, etc., leveraging AP Style guidelines, as well as contribute to LinkedIn Live, in line with Blue Yonder's corporate messaging to announce company news/recognitions and customer wins/go-lives.
Monitor and track media coverage and analyze media trends to inform public relations strategy.
Manage media inquiries and interview requests, coordinating with executives and subject matter experts.
Coordinate and engage with U.S. PR agency for media relations activities.
Support the company's awards program by drafting and submitting Blue Yonder customers, products/innovations, corporate initiatives, and executives for various regional industry awards, tracking winners and updating the Awards & Recognitions page on the company website.
Develop content for Blue Yonder's Diversity, Inclusion, Value and Equity (DIVE) program weekly blog series by either interviewing associates/customers and drafting blogs or securing associates/customers to write blogs on various topics, editing copy, and posting content on Supply Chain Nation (blog.blueyonder.com), the company's blog.
Support the Copydesk by editing and proofreading various marketing content to ensure AP Style is followed and for brand voice/consistency.
Contribute to monthly and quarterly global PR metrics reports, which track progress against global marketing KPIs.
What we are looking for:

A bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing or related field preferred; years of experience can be substituted.
5-7 years of proven experience in public relations and/or media relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point and Excel, as well as Canva.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with Blue Yonder associates and executives, as well as customers and partners, across the globe.

The salary range for this position is $105,262.00 to $132,738.00 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
