Who We Are Three Dog Bakery is a pioneer in the premium dog treat industry. Since 1989, we have been manufacturing and distributing delicious, all-natural dog treats to dog loving pet parents through popular Food/ Drug/ Mass and Pet Specialty retailers in the United States and Canada and through eCommerce avenues.

We are currently seeking a Corporate Baking & Training Manager . 
Role: 
Create highly specialized baked and decorated pastry items/treats Assist with Seasonal Marketing campaigns Oversight of franchise bakery training and new bakery openings Support Baking and Decorating operations with current bakeries including videos and training aids Innovate new bakery products / mixes to keep with current trends Interact with franchise bakeries in a positive, professional manner Protect the image and interests of the brand within our community by developing and maintaining relationships with key partners A Doggone Exciting Way to Grow Your Career Train new franchise operators and support opening activities for new Franchisees through onsite baking/decorating training at corporate store and/or franchise location Bakery operations training: pastry case schedule, production schedule, case treat rotation, ordering, etc. Development of new pastry case items as well as ongoing support, problem solving, and product testing for baking/pastry production. Provide subject matter expertise on ingredients, mixes and/or quality concerns Advisory Role Work with Bakery Marketing to increase business through promotions, events and other venues Creation and production of new treats to support season or themes Source, update, and maintain list of where to buy all baking supplies or ingredients necessary to execute seasonal campaigns on an annual basis Write recipes for Pastry Manual Help to write new and maintain/update current case signs database as ingredients change Write pastry case schedules to support each season with best sellers based on sales data Key Metrics New franchisee completed bakery training/bakery opening Performance of pastry case and seasonal treats Satisfaction of support to franchisees Corporate bakery sales and profitability growth Meet or exceed budget targets KPI measurements (Average Sale, Transaction growth, Cake Sales, Contribution) Ensure proper staffing Your Pawesome Qualifications & Experience Education Culinary education preferred, with an emphasis on Baking and Decorating techniques. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing or related field. Experience Previous experience in a bakery environment, including hands-on specialty cake decorating and pastry production. Have baking or pastry experience Demonstrated computer and technical ability, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic payroll and timekeeping systems, and point of sale systems. Must have a true love of dogs, to look out for their best interest and suggest beneficial products for their health, happiness and well being.
