Perform receptionist duties during AM & PM breaks, Lunch, Vacation and Sick Days Maintain Plant Information Site Coordinate meetings, events, and special visits – agenda, reserve meeting room, hotel accommodations, order food, parking, set up meeting/event space, etc. Support Executives/Divisional teams/Executive Assistants, as necessary – screen phone calls, schedule/manage meetings, presentations, book travel, etc Assist with internal communications, as needed (Berry TV, Berry Communication emails, intranet, create/post Flyers, etc.) Be involved in Community Support and Earth Day committees Monitor level of office supplies and replenish, as necessary Associate degree in business administration or related field is preferred. Must be proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word software applications. Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
