Position Overview:
We're seeking a Coordinator, Training and Development to enhance our training initiatives. In this role, you'll deliver dynamic virtual instructor-led, instructor-led, web-conferenced, and video-conferenced training sessions. From facilitating new hire orientations to coordinating ongoing training efforts, you'll play a vital role in our team's success. This position offers an entry point to individuals with a burgeoning understanding of business operations, regulatory compliance, and adult learning theory.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing training for employees across the organization.
Lead new hire orientation programs and refine training materials as necessary.
Collaborate with supervisors/managers to evaluate trainee progress.
Develop and deliver interactive training sessions in various formats.
Coordinate onboarding activities and training schedules for new hires.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to schedule training initiatives.
Communicate regularly to promote the learning function within the organization.
Manage and update onboarding materials and job aids as the site administrator.
Requirements:
Preferred: Associates or bachelor's degree.
Preferred: 2 years of experience in customer care or similar quality-oriented roles.
Preferred: Experience in training, course development, and adult learning methodologies.
Preferred: Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Commitment to compliance program objectives and company values.
Ability to collaborate effectively and respectfully with colleagues.

Flexible hours and location options: Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 7:00 pm CST, with the choice of working from our Phoenix AZ Office, Madison WI Office, or remotely.
