Xavier University of Louisiana is hiring a Coordinator of the Mathematics Resource Center (MRC).The coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations of the MRC and provide oversight for student tutors and staff.They will also coordinate all academic programs and tutor students.

Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Mathematics Resource Center• Provide oversight for student tutors and staff• Coordinate all academic programs provided by the Mathematics Resource Center• Tutor students• Improve math skills through tutoring, workshops, and other academic programming
Requirements
• Two to 3 years of teaching experience or formal tutoring experience in a Mathematics tutoring center• Master's degree in Mathematics or STEM-related field preferred• 3 to 5 years of experience tutoring and/or teaching Mathematics• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment
