Full job description We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator and Client Care Specialist to work 20-30 hours/week in-office hours. This is an important position within our team, we prefer a bilingual Spanish/English candidate but not required.You'll be responsible for transaction coordination and administrative duties for a busy real estate team in Madison, where you'll be managing transactions from the accepted offer stage through closing. This includes handling legal contracts and contingency deadlines, excel spreadsheets, professional communication, and coordinating with a variety of people throughout the transaction. Also included: maintaining the contact database management system, and assisting with client events.
We're seeking someone who is task-oriented, understands time management well, is an excellent communicator, professional, trustworthy, and has a sense of humor. We need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, reliable, an independent worker, who has follow through, is computer savvy, supportive, and resourceful.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent computer proficiency, including Excel (complex formulas), Google suite, Microsoft Office suite required; ability to quickly learn new software programs. Real estate experience is strongly preferred but not required (MLS Paragon, Zipforms, Dotloop, Top Producer). Hourly rate $20-$23.
