About the role Buscamos un Jefe de Supervisores para sumarse al equipo en la planta industrial de Gral. Acha, La Pampa.
Dentro de las principales responsabilidades deberá:
Gestionar el equipo de supervisores de placas y productos especiales. Trabajar en procesos de mejora continua, y cumplimiento de KPI's.Evitar perdidas productivas. Cumplir los procedimientos y estándares de las operaciones, optimizando los consumos de materias primas. About you Para tener exito en este puesto, es necesario que el candidato cuente con:
