• Prepares and serves food within guidelines of menu and dietary requirements• Uses required kitchen utensils and equipment• Follows healthcare food service industry standards• Monitors and maintains food temperatures• Avoids cross contamination of foods• Performs washing and cleaning duties• Maintains labeling and storage of food equipment and machinery
Requirements
• Two years Food Service experience• High School Diploma GED or equivalent combination of education and experience• Current ServSafe Allergen and Food Handler Certifications or obtain within 30 days of hire
