We are currently seeking a skilled Line Cook to become an integral part of our culinary team.Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality and delicious items according to our established recipes and standards.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
Ensure that food is cooked and presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation guidelines.
Assist in developing and refining menu items, as requested.
Monitor food inventory levels and communicate any shortages to the Manager.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a casual dining environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
A passion for food and a desire to continuously learn and improve culinary skills.Benefits:
