Responsibilities
• Prepare menu items according to Applebee's recipes and specifications• Complete assigned prep work and set up workstation• Practice sanitary and safe food handling• Clean and sanitize the work area• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
Requirements
• Positive attitude and desire to learn• Ability to place items on high and low shelves• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required• Capable of using knives and food preparation equipment• Mobility required during the entire shift• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day• Able to respond in emergency situations• Physical demands: navigate throughout the restaurant, move and grasp items up to 5 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, bend and stoop• Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities
