**Cook at Providence Medford Medical Center (Full-Time, Days)**


**$4,000 hiring/sign-on bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.**

**Required Qualifications:**


+ Coursework/Training: On the job training, formal culinary arts program, military apprentice program or

+ 1 year experience as a cook or short order cook.

+ Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority

+ Within 6 months (180 days) of hire National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association

+ Experience in team environment with common goals.
