Responsibilities What you'll do... In this position you will prepare food for patients, staff, and visitors of the healthcare facility following safe cooking techniques. You will prepare food for multiple therapeutic diets and comply with state and federal laws and regulations related to food preparation in a healthcare environment. In addition to support quality control measures such as recipe adherence and food quality consistency and dietary guidelines.
Qualifications Required: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two (2) years Food Service experience. Current (within the past 12 month) ServSafe® Allergen and Food Handler Certifications. If not currently certified, certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
