Position Title :  Converting Processes Financial Analyst Pay Rate :
$60,000 – $65,000
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Category/Shift :

The Job You Will Perform: Participate in the locations' financial closes by leading and executing a portfolio of centralized close activities. Facilitate the end-to-end monthly closing, review, reconciliation and reporting processes. Ensure transactions are recorded in compliance with GAAP and established accounting policies/conventions. Work as a business partner with the facilities and the business providing analytical support. Participate and work with internal / external financial audits and balance sheet reviews and take ownership of resolution of assigned action items. Complete various reporting requirements for governmental entities, trade associations, and internal organizations Ensure that applicable internal controls are followed in each area of responsibility. Leverage business / manufacturing knowledge to establish reliable financial processes. Collaboratively work on process teams (Cost Updates, Unifier, etc).
