Controls Engineer

Controls Engineer We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Controls Engineer to join our team. The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated systems that control physical processes, such as manufacturing or assembly. They will work to improve production efficiency, maintain process quality, and ensure process safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in both software and hardware design, as well as a strong understanding of industrial and electrical engineering.
Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain automated systems to control physical processes. Work to improve production efficiency, maintain process quality, and ensure process safety. Develop and maintain control systems, including hardware, software, and wiring. Troubleshoot and diagnose process problems. Develop and maintain programming and electrical documentation. Test and commission equipment. Develop and maintain process control policies and procedures. Train and mentor junior engineers. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - Preferred not required. 3+ years of experience in software and hardware design. Strong understanding of industrial and electrical engineering principles. Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and other controllers. Proficiency with CAD, GAMP, and other relevant software. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
