Controls Hardware
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
* Allen Bradley; RSLogix 5/500/5000, Studio 5000, CCW
* AutomationDirect; DirectSoft 32/5/6
* Omron; Sysmac Studio
Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)
* Allen Bradley; PanelBuilder32, FT View Studio ME, Studio View, CCW
* AutomationDirect C-More, C-More Micro
* Omron; Sysmac Studio
Robotics
* FANUC
* Universal Robot
Knowledge of Allen Bradley communication protocols and networks
* Commission EtherNet/IP devices; network address, communications
* Experience with DC & AC (up to 480v) circuits
Beneficial, but not required
* Experience in food and dairy industry
* Ability to read P&ID schematics
* UL experience
Schedule:
40 Hours/Week; Monday-Friday; Occasional weekends as necessary; Paid overtime.
