Responsibilities
• Design electrical systems by developing and testing components• Assess electrical systems, goods, parts, and uses through the design, implementation, and application of electrical, mechanical, and material science knowledge• Determine repeatable testing techniques to verify system capabilities and compatibility• Create electrical products by researching and testing materials and manufacturing techniques• Utilize equipment for the construction and assembly of electrical components• Create electrical testing procedures and evaluate system capabilities for product quality• Respect federal, state, and CMMA regulations for product and business reputation• Maintain equipment functionality by adhering to protocols and manufacturer's instructions
Requirements
• 5+ years of electrical controls experience• Knowledge of UL, NEC, CE, and NFPA standards• Fluent in AutoCAD and ANSI standards• VFD experience• Nice to have: PLC, Siemens, Allen Bradley experience• Nice to have: Crane industry knowledge• Nice to have: CMAA knowledge
