Job Title: Controller Salary: 110,000-120,000 + company performance bonus Location: Trevor, WI Requirements: CPA, Manufacturing   We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance on all accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial statement preparation, and auditing. This role will also be heavily involved in acquisitions and managing the financial aspects of the manufacturing process.
The Controller will be responsible for the following key areas:
Managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation. Developing and implementing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Overseeing the acquisition process and managing the financial aspects of the manufacturing process. Conducting internal and external audits. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
A CPA degree and at least five years of experience in a manufacturing accounting or controller role. Proven success in a high-volume, multi-tasking manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
