Holland Construction Services is looking for a Controller to join our growing company. This leadership position will play a critical role in overseeing the daily financial operations of our company. The Controller plans and directs all accounting operational functions, analyzes accounting and internal control systems, and guides departmental staff. Oversee: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Job Cost Accounting
Payroll
Cash Flow Management
Monthly Progress Billings
Project Compliance, Miscellaneous Compliance at the company level
Responsibilities: Work closely with CFO and at times project controls to develop and maintain system of internal accounting controls, project financial controls and enhancements
Supervise team of 3 in accounting
Monthly 1:1's w/ Direct Reports
Payroll Tax Filings/Returns
W-2's, 1099s
Sales/Use Tax Returns
Support CFO during annual audit
Lead departmental initiatives/special assignments

Qualified candidates for the Controller role will have 10+ years working in construction accounting, supervisory experience, MBA or CPA preferred.
