A leading manufacturer of fresh and convenient dips, desserts, and specialty products is looking for a Corporate Controller.
As the Corporate Controller, you will become an integral part of their leadership team, working directly with the CFO, CEO, and Corporate Treasurer. You will oversee a team of 5. Your role is pivotal in narrating the financial saga of their company, translating numbers into compelling stories that drive strategic decisions. Requirements: Leadership experience in accounting/finance departments, particularly in small to mid-sized teams. Adept at engaging with stakeholders, with a knack for making complex financial data easily understandable. A general understanding of cost accounting and financial analysis. Proficiency in using ERP systems, ideally with exposure to the manufacturing sector. Quick learner, adaptable, ready to embrace the dynamic nature of a new role in the manufacturing industry.
Salary: Up to $160K base Benefits: Full benefits plus bonus and employee ownership opportunities
