About the Company: A St. Louis manufacturing company is seeking a Controller/HR Manager to join their team due to retirement. Responsibilities: Ensure tax compliance for State and Federal requirements across three companies. Review/generate monthly Financial Statements for accuracy and compliance. Manage Journal Entries and maintain financial records. Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. Oversee Payroll and administer HR functions including onboarding. Coordinate Insurance programs and 401K administration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field. Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and HR. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and leadership qualities. Knowledge of insurance and retirement benefits administration preferred.
