Responsibilities
• Lead the accounting operations• Supervise other accounting staff• Ensure financial reports are generated accurately and timely• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes• Oversee financial analysis and reporting• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance• Implement and enhance accounting policies and procedures• Maintain financial records and documentation• Manage cash flow and accounts payable/receivable• Support the CFO in various financial aspects
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance• 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles in relevant industries (construction/real estate)• 3+ years experience supervising other accounting staff• Sage300 software experience
