Look no further! The Controls Engineer position provides Electrical Engineering technical support. This includes designing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining plant electrical systems and equipment components; leading and supporting capital projects; assisting maintenance activities and projects.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field a MUST. Two+ years of Electrical/Mechanical Experience working with Industrial electronics and/or machine control systems including PLC and HMI's. Working with machine control systems. Physical Requirements: Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights. Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking, for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination. Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER achieves the requirements by deploying the following: Designing, programming, testing, trouble shooting, & maintaining plant electrical. Assisting Engineering team with maintenance. Strong problem solving/troubleshooting practices. Being a team player and working cross-functionally to achieve results. Consistently evaluating processes - recommending changes when appropriate. Developing a cadence throughout organization. Initiating new, creative ideas. Having a willingness to be flexible & adapting to new paths. Communicating throughout organization. Able to manage multiple projects.
