What We Do This role provides various support functions for the Contractor Relations team in the Home Warranty Division. The Specialist, Contractor Relations Administration coordinates and maintains functions within the Contractor Relations Department that drives compliance, document management and risk management as pertains to the FAHWC Contractor network.
What You'll Do: Answer a wide range of questions from Contractor Relations regarding audit criteria, compliance records, databases, FAHWC insurance and license policies and procedures Build New Contractor records within Docutrax after the Contractor has been recruited by Contractor Relations Manage Docutrax FAHWC database of Contractor documents specifically for: Certificate of Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Additional Insured On-Going Operations, Additional Insured Completed Operations, etc Collect and upload specific license and insurance documents from websites, the Contractors or Brokers as aligned with the Contractor annual renewal and based on FAWHC Compliance recommendations and guidelines Train and coach the Contractor Relations teams on various software, environments and platforms, i.e. Docusign, Docutrax, Dispatch, etc, as well as procedures and guidelines according to FAHWC Compliance and Legal recommendations as pertains to risk management Audit all new FAHWC Contractors for compliance of license, insurance and price agreements within 30 days of activation with FAHWC Conduct monthly and quarterly audits of existing Contractors to ensure that FAHWC Contractors have the proper license and insurance documents collected prior to expiration date Run monthly reports to monitor Contractors' licenses and insurance documentation due to expire and escalate collection issues to FAHWC Contractor Relations Team for assistance in collection Liaison between India FAHWC Legal and Contractor Relations to abide by proper trade specific state license requirements Engage in projects, pilots, initiatives, etc., as assigned by the Contractor Relations Department and other departments as needed What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of related experience Customer service skills Knowledge of products, state regulations and guidelines Ability to analyze data and make decisions within defined procedures Knowledge of department/company operating systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Salary Range: $17.28 - 30.07
