Provide business advice and perform preaward and postaward functions for complex acquisitionsProcure commodities and/or services for complex programsPart of an Integrated Acquisition Team or specialized unit

Responsibilities
• Plan overall approach to meet contracting program objectives• Procure complex and/or diversified services, commodities, and/or construction• Execute post-award contract performance management actions• Serve as business advisor to a wide range of customers
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution• 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-11 level• Knowledge of Federal contracting laws, regulations, and policies• Ability to identify and solve problems• Excellent communication skills
