The Testing Sr. Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.Responsibilities:Perform all necessary financial, technology and data analyses required to assist AML Americas department in setting direction and implementing all North and Latin America AML migrations/projects into a shared hub environment. Take the lead with internal customers (country and regional compliance officers), AML Americas management, Global AML, the Governance senior management, various IT departments and external entities to ascertain requirements for the migrations and other projects Assist in the translation of business requirements into actionable plans. Fully understand, and internalize into all work, the AML Americas and Citi organizational direction, structure and requirements. Understands operational aspects of work requirements in AML Americas investigations for application to project deliverables. Working with the Project/Test Manager, develop all necessary technical, financial and business doc for all major initiatives Technical Recommendation and Testing Understand technical design specifications. Work with AML Technology and the compliance units on implementing AML business rules into the Mantas AML monitoring system. Define test conditions. Develop accurate and complete test plans. Conduct testing according to plan. Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions. Project Execution Assist in the project management of all major initiatives. Ensure project standards are applied consistently. Prioritize multiple tasks. Understand the financial components of the initiatives and assist in the financial management.Qualifications:5 years experience in project roles and analysis. Have excellent writing and presentation skills. Have superior verbal communication skills and can effectively contribute in discussions with all level of staff and management to include most senior corporate management. Has proven facilitator skills. Can promote active listening with team members. Has a full understanding of technology solution implementation. Has a technical background and a business level understanding of databases, web and client/server architected solutions, reporting software and ancillary software such as ETL tools. Has a proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products, MS Project, MS Visio, SQL and database design. Has an understanding of anti-money laundering/compliance/fraud and related technology Has an analytical background. Is experienced in using problem solving methodologies such as brainstorming, root cause analysis. Improves upon existing approaches by seeking opportunities to creatively transform current industry practices into fresh alternative solutions. Anticipates client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompass issues at hand. Understands expectations that were set with client and recognizes when issues/events may affect delivery. Understands technology implementation in large organizations. Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.
