Position Purpose:
The position's purpose is to ensure efficient usage and processes for operational business systems. To manage new account onboarding and pricebook creation within Veolia's systems for new accounts, as well as management of price book changes for existing accounts. Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of processes to ensure efficient usage of core business systems.
Primary Duties/responsibilities:  Lead a focused internal team in the planning, development and launch of efficient business and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. Drives continuous improvement. Responsible for ensuring quality enhancements to database integrity that leads to a reduction in unbilled revenue and a lower Branch DSO. Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper onboarding of new accounts to ensure system readiness and business continuity: Create and structure customer Pricebook for newly onboarded accounts to ensure efficient system usage for customer Jobs/Tickets. Owner of all pricebook changes for all branch customers, including new service codes/waste types, as well as taking the lead on executions of yearly price increases within pricebooks. Minimize negative business systems impact by owning the resolution of system Ticket Errors that are related to issues with pricebook setup (e.g., price does not exist, etc.) Work with Account Managers to standardize offerings, prices and price assumptions (ultimately reducing the number of different customer price books). Be a source of business operating system expertise across all functional groups. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Customer Excellence Manager. Qualifications
Education / Experience / Background:  High School diploma with minimum of 1 year experience in similar field Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:  Strong familiarity with standard Microsoft Office and Google Suite Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a results driven environment Additional Information
