As a key player in our organization, you'll play a vital role in supporting the business operations team through contract preparation and administration. Assist in preparing various contract documents and bid responses using approved templates. Ensure seamless communication and workflow processes align with departmental protocols. Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries. Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Track contract renewal and termination dates, evaluating current terms for necessary adjustments. Validate pricing information to ensure accuracy in billing systems. Generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes. Collaborative Environment:
Work closely with department directors and cross-functional teams to communicate contract updates effectively. Contribute to special projects and initiatives, showcasing your initiative and teamwork skills. Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. 1-2 years of administrative and healthcare contract experience. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Work Environment:
