Continuous Improvement/Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title: Continuous Improvement/Manufacturing Engineer Location: Lillington, NC (On-site)  Salary: $70k-$90k + benefits What We Do: We are a global leader in entry/door solutions for offices across the world. Due to fast growth, we are looking to add a Continuous Improvement/Manufacturing Engineer to the team! 
What You Will Do: Develop process maps, standard work, and work instructions for areas of responsibility, including development and documentation of routings Develop and implement innovative solutions, tools, fixtures, workstations, and systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity Lead continuous improvement activities to eliminate waste and enhance manufacturing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory. Suggest improvement opportunities to streamline processes both on the manufacturing floor and office environments Participate in the processes of product design to ensure that issues of manufacturability, testing and quality are an integral part of the fundamental product design. Requirements:  3+ years of experience in an in a lean manufacturing environment A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or related) CAD experience (Inventor, Autocad, etc.) prefferably designing fixtures in manufacturing environment Hands on floor experience in manufacturing space Preferred Skills:  Lean or Six Sigma certification SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
