Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement• Analyze data and utilize Lean Six Sigma to drive process improvements• Collaborate to streamline workflows and enhance overall customer experience• Establish KPIs, track progress, and present performance reports• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through training and mentoring• Liaise between Continuous Improvement teams and Customer Experience department• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field• Proven experience in continuous improvement role with focus on customer experience• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within specified timelines
