The Lean Production Supervisor , will be one of two Supervisors on staff and will be responsible for managing a team of 20-25 employees on the cut-line and press line for fabricated steel, aluminum, and vinyl. Will also be tasked with implementing process improvements, (i.e. 5S, Kaizen), to eliminate bottlenecks and improve throughput. Seeking someone with a continuous improvement background and mindset. Looking for a high energy supervisor that can bring continuous improvement to the organization. Looking for a super star that enjoys working with people, mentoring, guiding and leading initiatives.
