We are looking for curious, data-driven strategy leaders to lead and manage a team of content strategists, who are focused on engaging and progressing users to partner with IBM.Your role is set the strategy for your team to progress IBM prospects and clients down their user journey. Your strategy and team should use different data sources, such as competitive research, a/b testing, user testing, and web performance to inform your hypotheses and decisions around conversion. This is inclusive but not limited to codifying best practices around asset and product placement on our page templates, messaging, effective layouts, and more. This data-driven approach will allow you to make actionable recommendations across our web footprint at scale, allowing for meaningful improvements in conversion metrics such as our bounce rate and registration rate.• Drive progress against our annual engagement goals to ibm.com through our various inbound content types, such as explainers, podcasts, videos, tutorials and more• Manage a team of strategists, providing regular feedback to help individuals improve the quality of their work and achieve business outcomes• Lead a scalable data-driven merchandising strategy across our inbound web footprint across ibm.com• Make use of our marketing tools, such as web analytics, a/b testing, user testing, heatmapping, and more, to inform your strategies and decision-making and those of your team• Provide feedback and steer the automation of merchandising in partnership with our data engineering to accelerate the execution of the strategy• Ensure the adoption of IBM standards and collaborate with governance stakeholders to adjust our standards as needed to ensure that our content shows up as one IBM to the market.• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to implement changes across our footprint that will drive conversion• Collaborate with SEO strategists and user researchers to understand the content needs of our core audiences• Be a resource and mentor for more junior members of your team and the broader ibm.com team
