12+ Months Project Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to document and create various customer communication journeys for Mobility, Broadband, and Wireless Broadband customers. Ensure consistency across brand voice, look, and feel in customer communications. Work with cross-functional partners to develop a detailed view of customer communications by journey. Analyze customer survey data to inform the direction and focus of communication efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders in Mobility and Broadband CX, Design, Technology, Advertising, and program/product managers to inform the future state of communications. Support the commitment to create an exceptional customer experience by improving communications and brand relevance and differentiation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with journey mapping and mural. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in conducting end-to-end gap analysis, measurement, change management, strategy alignment, and creativity to optimize the consumer experience. Ability to lead experience workshops to formulate recommended solutions and gain consumer insights to optimize the customer experience. Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
