As a Content Strategist and Creator , you will work with the Story Lab team and across GCE and marketing groups to formulate, manage and execute integrated content strategies and communications plans in support of Intel's company narrative and reputational pillars. You are a creative storyteller who works at both strategic and tactical levels to manage, create, and edit content that inspires, delights, and informs to connect people with Intel, across multiple platforms and channels. You take complex topics and turn them into compelling stories, visuals and snackable snippets. You understand Intel's business and technology and are at home interviewing an executive on our data center strategy, writing about a customer's new service made possible by AI, or partnering with teammates on a video to show the Intel technologies underpinning a customer's automated manufacturing line. You must be collaborative and focused on One Intel outcomes as you will lead content strategy for major internal and external programs, pulling together writers, designers, producers, and agency partners to deliver on a common goal.
Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Creates ongoing storytelling that brings our reputational pillars and GCE priorities to life
+ Drives content ideas to the proper channels and sets appropriate project timelines as part of Story Lab editorial planning and strategy
+ Applies writing and storytelling skills to turn complex and highly technical information into approachable and compelling communications that resonate with internal and external audiences, across traditional and non-traditional channels
+ Builds and manages holistic content plans, from objectives to tactics to outcomes measurement, for major moments and events
+ Draws on stakeholder understanding to advise business partners on optimal message content and timing for different stakeholder segments
+ Builds relationships across GCE , SMG and Intel product groups to achieve a greater understanding of different business functions and goals
+ Regularly evaluates communications' effectiveness and implements new approaches and strategies to improve engagement
+ Consistently works to develop greater expertise with digital tools and improve writing skills

Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed:
+ Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communication or any related field with 5+ years of related experience in the Industry. OR 10+ years of experience in content strategy and content creation in lieu of degree
+ 3+ years' experience in planning, creating, and evaluating content across a variety of formats and social media platforms, from long-form text to concise and punchy posts

+ Work samples that illustrate proficiency in crafting simple, clear messages that capture and hold the attention of target audiences

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
